CROCtoberfest: Brew-at-the-Zoo
Sep 24th 2024
Explore the Zoo at night while sampling delicious brews and foods, and contributing to conservation at the same time!
This conservation event is held on the first weekend of October each year. The St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park partners with breweries and vendors throughout Florida to offer sample beers, food, and live music as you stroll through the zoo and learn about conservation work happening right here in St Johns County.
The full list of participating breweries, restaurants, conservation organizations, and musicians is posted at the beginning of each September. Tickets are on sale now! Click the button below to purchase tickets. Follow The St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park’s social media for up-to-the-minute info.
This fall conservation fund-raiser will benefit the Coastal Ecology Lab at the University of Georgia Marine Extension and Georgia Sea Grant. They conduct ecological research and public education to build our understanding of crocodilian behaviors so that we can practice better species management, reduce conflicts between people and wildlife, and overall encourage an environment in which humans and alligators can safely coexist.
